- serves as District Manager and has 30 years of public administration and community management experience. Mr. Dorrill has a Masters degree in Public Administration and previously served as county manager for Collier County, Florida.
- has served as the District Field Manager since 1996. Mr. Ellis has a degree in Horticulture from the University of Florida.
- serves as the District’s counsel since 2003 and specializes in land use and government affairs. He received his J.D. from the Stetson
College of Law and is a former Chief Assistant State Attorney of Hillsborough County.
