  The District has issued $32.7 million in tax-exempt municipal bonds that constructed the public infrastructure and facilities. The annual operating budget totals $2.4 million and includes services that range from community patrols to irrigation and street lighting to lake and landscape maintenance. In 2005, the District entered into a comprehensive service agreement with the northern half of the Resort totaling over 1,000 acres to service the neighborhoods within the Resort but outside the District. |
